    Jersey Horse Racing

    Easter Monday Season Opener

    Come and watch the Easter Monday season opener at the Les Landes. Set in the picturesque coastal area of Grosnez in the north-west corner of the island you can enjoy the most beautiful uninterrupted views over the historic ruins of Grosnez Castle and the neighbouring islands of Guernsey, Sark and Herm. The racecourse hosts nine race meetings during the summer.

    Come to Bouley Bay and get close to the action as racers of bikes, cars and karts take on the high speed challenge of the Bouley Bay Hillclimb. The stunning north coast hosts this year's four hillclimb events. Hillclimbs have been run here since 1920, stopped only during the German occupation. A must see for all motorsport fans.

    Barclay's Jersey Boat Show

    The largest free-entry event in the Channel Islands to get the boating season off to a great start. The 3-day show takes place in and aropund St. Helier Marina and adjacent Weighbridge Place. Featuringpower and sail, side by side, it also offers a variety of Jersey lifestyle features as well as activities both on and off the water, food, and entertainment on the main stage.

    Liberation Day

    The Channel Island were the only part of Britain to be occupied by German forces. The five year occupation came to an end on 9 May 1945. Liberation Day, an event still celebrated in Jersey with an annual Bank Holiday, will once again bring that historic time to life with events taking place around Liberation Square, the Royal Square and the Weighbridge. On Liberation Day dignitaries take part in a Service of Thanksgiving and commemoration.

    State Street Around Island Walk

    2018 will be the 28th running of the Around Island Walk.     Jersey Triathlon

    The Accuro Jersey Triathlon is the most southerly triathlon in the British Isles and is one of the most exciting, challenging and picturesque courses in Britain. The main aim of this event is to raise valuable funds for the Oscar Maclean Foundation. We have four entries on offer; Olympic (individual or team relay), Jersey Sprint, Super Sprint and a full Junior Triathlon (for ages 8 to 14). Are you up for a challenge this summer?

    Tour des Ports de la Manche

    A regatta held every year in July, linking ports in La Manche and the Channel Islands: Granville, Barneville-Carteret, Jersey, Dielette, Cherbourg and Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue. There is always a great atmosphere during and after each day's race. Each town hosting the race puts on a great welcome and party for the arriving crews.

    The Guernsey Dairy Milk Run

    The 2018 Father’s Day Half Marathon will start at 9am at L’Eree and will run through town seafront to finish on crown pier. As in 2017, all competitors will be given a free half-litre of low-fat Guernsey milk when they cross the finishing line, as well as a medal and souvenir technical running vest or t-shirt.

    Lé Viaër Marchi

    Rocquaine Regatta

    The Rocquaine Regatta is a fun-filled day at Rocquaine Bay on the west coast of Guernsey. Unusual boat races take place throughout the day with fishing boats, small sailing boats and motor boats participating in casual yet highly competitive races! You can join the fun as a spectator or get the children involved by joining events such as the Junior sand events or the new ‘Wife Carrying’ event (self-explanatory).
