The Royal Jersey Agricultural and Horticultural Society invite you to their springtime show, featuring displays, demonstrations and competitions.

Jersey hosts this highly prestigious French cycle event as it leaves the frontiers of Brittany for the first time in its history to stage a 4.7km time trial along Jersey's Victoria Avenue. 120 professional and amateur riders will race at speeds greater than 60kmph in the prologue to the road race that will continue from St Malo the following day. Previous winners of the race have gone on to become Tour de France champions.

Every year more and more visiting cars attend this prestigious rally, set against the beautiful backdrop of Jersey. Several motoring activities are planned for this exciting annual event. An absolute must for any car-enthusiast.

Join islanders to celebrate the liberation from Occupying Forces during World War II. A variety of activities and events are planned including heritage trails and access to WWII bunkers not normally open to the public. ‘Liberation Day’ falls on Wednesday 9th May when there will be a commemorative service and islanders will celebrate freedom, reconciliation and prosperity with a gala Liberation concert and open air party

Something for everyone with an interest in the ‘Great Outdoors’, be it paragliding or gardening, climbing or playing football, sailing or sunbathing. There will be a major area for extreme sports, traditional sport, exhibition stands, demonstrations, displays and entertainment.

Covering a total distance of 48.1 miles this annual event attracts both local and visiting walkers, raising funds for Jersey charities. Walkers can expect to complete the course in anything between 12 to 21 hours.

The streets of St Helier come alive with Jersey's very own Street Theatre Festival. With a mixture of theatre, dance, art, installation and comedy to highlight Jersey's cultural diversity.

Set in the picturesque harbour of Gorey, enjoy fun for all the family, including beach events, Crown and Anchor and the famous yard of ale and spaghetti eating competitions. Sample Al Fresco eating all day.

The Royal Jersey Horticultural Society hosts this colourful show full of dahlias, roses and vegetable displays, inviting all gardening and flower enthusiasts to step into the hall to view the marvellous floral displays and exhibits. There will also be a poultry and small animal display.

Elizabeth Castle has been seized by the New Model Army. Cromwell’s men will be demonstrating the weapons and armour of the 17th century. In the lead up to the event, they will be ‘billeted’ at Hamptonne, showing how soldiers and their families lived.

A celebration of harvest time and Jersey’s rural heritage – threshing oats from the corn rick and horse drawn apple crushing. Live music, dance, classic cars, delicious food and drink, craft and charity stalls, a story teller and competitions for children.

Expect to see a full line up of cutting edge International and UK Acts at the biggest little ‘Indie rock’ festival in the British Isles

The island’s ‘Flagship’ sailing event celebrates its 9th year and welcomes visiting yachts from the UK, Channel Islands and France. St Aubin’s Bay is the dedicated sailing area and will offer a full programme of races for dinghies, beach catamarans, sports boats and racer/cruising yachts.

A range of rarely accessible properties will be open free of charge today. Organised by The National Trust for Jersey.

The marathon starts on the streets of St Helier and runs through some of the Island's most scenic spots, taking in country lanes, picturesque valleys and the beautiful coast of Jersey, with the finish line located in the heart of the Waterfront Centre.
